Another competitive season has come to a close for the CMHA. Congratulations to all the regular season and playoff winners for 2011/12::

Regular Season - Total Energy Services Titans Playoffs - St. Vladimir's
As noted at the last league meeting, deadlines will be tightened up for the 2012/13 season. Team Deposits of $500 are due JUNE 1st to hold your spot for the 2012/13 season. Please ensure all payments are received no later than June 1, 2012 and forwarded to the CMHA c/o 109 Rockyledge Crescent NW T3G 5N1. Along with your payment, please email kevin@kevinsawyer.ca by June 1st to confirm your teams commitment for the 2012/13 season. 1st half league fees of $5,500 (in addtion to the deposit) will be due at the league meeting in August.
Team Reps are reminded that there will a realignment to 4 divisions of 8 teams for the 2012/13 season and those teams moving up a division have all summer to prepare for mid-September start dates.
Watch this site for an annoucement of the General League Meeting in August.

The regular season ends on April 5th and Playoffs start April 10th (Div #1/#2) April 11thd (Div #3/#4)
The Playoff schedule and Rules have been posted
On the home page, select schedule, select division and in the filters, change season to 2012 Playoffs and change month to April. Team Rep's should have a copy of the Playoff Rules to review with the referee's before each game. |

CMHA Regular season ends: April 5th
CMHA Playoffs starts April 10th, ending approx. April 22nd
Playoffs will again be Double Knockout, Finals best of 3
Division #1 - Top 5 teams make playoffs (1st place from regular season gets a bye in the 1st round)
Division #2 & #3 - Top 6 teams make make playoffs(1st & 2nd place from regular season get byes in the 1st round)
Division #4 - Top 7 teams make playoffs (1st place from regular season gets a bye in the 1st round)

*** ROSTER/WAIVERS *** Important *** |

A reminder to ensure your Rosters / Waivers are updated and sent into the league (to the same person you send scoresheets to). To be eligible for playoffs, a player must be on and sign the Roster.
Roster players will be marked with a "*" on the website based on Rosters received. |
Canceling Games |

Notice: Like past seasons, the league will not re-schedule any games. Teams will need to give a least 8 business days notice to the league to cancel an ice time for a full refund. This refund can then be used to purchase ice to re-schedule games .... it is up to the team rep to find and purchase the ice time, once notified, the league will re-schedule the referee's and scorekeepers.

TEAM REP's>>>>> ROSTER CLEAN UP .... please review the players listed on your team roster and note any that need to be deleted.
Please utilize your team website page (select your team, on the right-hand side there is Team Rep Login, email Brent if you have forgot your password). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TEAM REP CONTACT INFO IS UP TO DATE (both emails and phone #'s), you should have at least 2 rep's listed.
Team reps can edit or change players, but they can not delete players, only website admin can. Please review your roster and if you need a player(s) deleted, change last name to DELETE and the admin will delete. Also, from your Team Rep Login, you can print scoresheet labels, which helps a lot when entering gamesheets. |
