COVID Vaccine Mandate

Effective immediately, the CMHA is implementing a mandatory vaccine mandate in alignment with the Province of Alberta Restrictions Exemption Program.  All players are required to be double vaccinated by Oct 25, in accordance with the Restrictions Exemption Program conditions, and provide proof of vaccination upon request.
